Job Summary
Our client Rankistan Digital Marketing Agency is looking for Inventory Coordinator in Lahore.
Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage US stock inventory accurately.
- Perform regular stock counts reconciliations and updates in the inventory system.
- Track stock levels identify discrepancies and report variances.
- Coordinate with Chinese vendors regarding inventory shipments and replenishments.
- Communicate stock requirements and updates effectively ensuring timely deliveries.
- Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on sales trends and historical data
- Document all inventory activities and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inventory management preferably with US stock.
- Familiarity with inventory softwares shopify and basic data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in English for vendor coordination.
- Detail-oriented organized and proactive in problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of international shipping and supply chain processes is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in e-commerce or retail inventory management.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting and tracking.
