Our client Rankistan Digital Marketing Agency is looking for Account Officer in Lahore.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Officer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO). The role requires strong capabilities in multi-project accounting financial reconciliations and integration of third-party platforms (e.g. e-commerce payment gateways and banking systems). The ideal candidate will support accurate financial reporting and ensure smooth end-to-end accounting operations across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts in QuickBooks Online for multiple projects/entities
• Record daily transactions including sales expenses payroll journals and adjustments
• Manage accounts payable and receivable including invoicing billing and follow-ups
• Perform bank PayPal Stripe and credit card reconciliations on a regular basis

QuickBooks Online & Integrations

• Configure and manage QBO integrations with platforms such as Shopify WooCommerce Amazon PayPal Payoneer Stripe and bank feeds
• Monitor data sync accuracy and resolve integration discrepancies
• Set up and maintain chart of accounts classes locations and project tracking in QBO
• Ensure proper mapping of taxes fees discounts tips and settlements from integrated systems

Multi-Project & Reporting

• Maintain project-wise accounting profitability tracking and cost allocation
• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports (P&L Balance Sheet Cash Flow)
• Assist management with project-wise financial analysis and budgeting support

Compliance & Controls

• Support sales tax / VAT reporting and filing preparation
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting controls and documentation standards
• Assist auditors and tax consultants by providing required financial data

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience with QuickBooks Online
• Strong experience handling multiple projects or entities within QBO
• Hands-on knowledge of third-party integrations (e-commerce payment gateways banks)
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong analytical reconciliation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with US-based companies or international clients
• Knowledge of sales tax payroll processing or ERP workflows
• QuickBooks certification (QBO ProAdvisor)
