The Business
The Facilities Services Function is responsible for providing the workplace environment processes equipment services and resources that efficiently and effectively help our WTW colleagues meet client demands and the overall objectives of the organization. The Facilities Services team focuses on the execution of our Workplace & Solutions Strategy and FM hard and soft services tenants relationship and project management. Also accountable for ensuring an efficient and consistent delivery of our services standards and KPIs SLAs are achieved at all times while advocating best practice and company policy and procedures.
In addition to the other FS activities the candidate should take care of the Company Car fleet and REWS Ariba tasks with regards specifically to the following:
- Assist in day-to-day procurement operations by using Aribatool to manage sourcing activities support the procure-to-pay (P2P) process and contribute to improving efficiency and cost control (PO creation follow-up of the budget and services ordered)
- Support daily procurement/purchasing activities ensuring timely and accurate processing of purchase requests and orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to track deliveries resolve discrepancies and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance procurement workflows and overall operational performance.
- Support with the Environmental social and governance (ESG) activity and annual data entry
QualificationsThe Requirements:
- Degree education or equivalent knowledge and experience
- At least 3 years knowledge and experience in the role
- Good English (minimum Level B2)
- Experience of working with budgets and financial planning
- Good Inter-personal communication skills and must be able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions when necessary
- Self-motivated shows initiative in taking action and responding appropriately
- Team player with a positive can-do attitude
- Hight problem solving and proactive attitude
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
The position requires the majority of work to be performed on site with remote work permitted only in limited circumstances.
