Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service this role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services policies and procedures
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and organizing documents
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any further concerns
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate department
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Real estate knowledge is a plus but not required
- Must be able to work full time including some evenings and weekends
