What Youll Do as a Territory Sales Representative:

  • Develop & grow a sales territory (Eastern Nebraska) by building relationships and selling livestock agriculture farming and construction equipment.
  • Work with existing customers and pursue new business to expand your territory.
  • Meet with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right equipment solutions.
  • Create quotes and custom orders ensuring accuracy from initial request through delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to keep orders on track and delivered on time.
  • Appraise equipment and assist with rentals as needed.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and stay up to date on industry trends.
  • Travel throughout the territory (approximately 80%) to meet with customers.

Our Ideal Territory Sales Representative:

  • Experienced: 3 years managing a sales pipeline and customer relationships; strong quoting and closing skills; able to perform basic measurements and calculations; outside/territory sales experience preferred; agriculture equipment or trailer industry exposure a plus; able to read and interpret orders and specifications; CDL a plus; high school diploma required.
  • Independent: Self-motivated able to manage time travel and priorities while growing a territory and driving results.
  • Relationship-focused: Builds strong relationships with farmers dealers and buyers; communicates clearly and professionally.
  • Problem-solver: Maintains accuracy in quotes and orders while thinking through customer needs and finding practical solutions.
  • Computer Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce or similar).
  • Physical Requirements: Minimal physical demands; occasional product adjustments and lifting with assistance or equipment as needed.
