Heritage Landing is hiring for a Member Services Attendant!
The Member Services Attendant (Amenities) supports a positive member experience by monitoring all club amenities to ensure access is limited to members and their guests and that all amenity rules are followed. This role is service-focused visible and professional helping maintain a safe orderly and enjoyable environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor designated amenities (Resort Pool Racquet Sports Fitness Center Tiki Bar)
- Verify member access when necessary and address unauthorized use professionally
- Ensure compliance with amenity rules (e.g. no coolers safety and conduct guidelines)
- Provide courteous assistance to members and guests
- Serve as a visible approachable presence within amenity areas
- Report incidents concerns or maintenance issues to management
- Maintain club standards of professionalism and hospitality
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to enforce rules respectfully and consistently
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to remain alert and attentive
- Prior hospitality customer service or club experience preferred
Physical & Scheduling Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Work Environment
Primarily outdoor and indoor amenity areas with frequent member interaction.
