Position Overview

A very private UHNW family is seeking a polished personable and highly attentive Live-out Butler / Guest Services Attendant to support a private residence in Southampton from June 1 - August 2 2026. This front-facing role is centered on delivering an exceptional guest experience ensuring all arrivals and day-to-day interactions are handled with professionalism warmth and discretion.

The ideal candidate will bring a hospitality-driven mindset combined with hands-on support capabilities including driving vehicle upkeep and general household assistance. This individual will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming organized and service-oriented environment throughout the season.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Front-of-House

• Greet homeowners and guests upon arrival with a professional warm and welcoming demeanor
• Assist with luggage handling unpacking (upon request) and room setup
• Prepare guest rooms to a high standard prior to arrival ensuring cleanliness and readiness
• Serve as a primary point of contact for guest needs throughout their stay
• Deliver attentive high-level service consistent with luxury hospitality standards including light valet/butler-style assistance

Vehicle Maintenance

• Maintain all household vehicles in pristine condition including regular cleaning detailing and fueling
• Coordinate and oversee routine vehicle maintenance and servicing appointments
• Ensure vehicles are fully stocked organized and ready for immediate use at all times

Household Support

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of entryways common areas and outdoor spaces including parking areas
• Assist with light household duties to support overall operations and service flow
• Collaborate closely with housekeeping and other staff members to ensure seamless daily operations

Driving & Transportation

• Provide safe and reliable transportation for homeowners and guests as needed
• Manage local errands pickups and deliveries efficiently
• Assist with arrivals and departures including airport coordination when applicable

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality private households or luxury service environments preferred
• Professional appearance with a polished and courteous demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable operating high-end and luxury vehicles
• Highly organized detail-oriented and service-focused
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
