Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users of Input 1s tech-enabled solutions for the insurance industry.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues for clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex technical.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Document and maintain records of technical issues and solutions for future reference.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
  • Proven experience in providing technical support to clients or customers.
  • Strong knowledge of software applications hardware troubleshooting and network protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Experience working in the insurance industry or with insurance-related technologies is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems and ticketing software for technical issue tracking.

Salary & Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $53000 to $81000 annually depending on qualifications and addition to competitive compensation Input 1 offers benefits such as health insurance retirement plans paid time off and professional development opportunities.
