Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users of Input 1s tech-enabled solutions for the insurance industry.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues for clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex technical.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Document and maintain records of technical issues and solutions for future reference.
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience in providing technical support to clients or customers.
- Strong knowledge of software applications hardware troubleshooting and network protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Experience working in the insurance industry or with insurance-related technologies is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems and ticketing software for technical issue tracking.
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $53000 to $81000 annually depending on qualifications and addition to competitive compensation Input 1 offers benefits such as health insurance retirement plans paid time off and professional development opportunities.
