Job Summary
Marketing (80%) and Commercial Excellence (20%) trainee.
Job Purpose
Provide support in procedural activities to the Marketing and Commercial Excellence areas to implement the products and companys strategies. Interact with the internal team sales team and stakeholders. Support the business to guarantee the perfect implementation of the tactical plan.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Interact with the sales team and other internal departments in order to organize information and provide better insights
Interact with external stakeholders in order to apply internal policies and organize processes (CRM provider promotional agencies events agency HCP)
Support the process of procurement (purchase orders contract invoice etc.)
Support the brand managers with the presentations
Organize and follow-up on promotional material approval timeline
Support the marketing department in regards to organize congresses events and internal training
Support the marketing department with the publicity / advertisement agency in other to follow up the processes and guarantee the delivery of the promotional material in the right time
Minimum Requirements (Experience & Education)
Business administration marketing advertising and other co-related areas such as pharmacy
Office package knowledge: Excel Word Power Point
Intermediate English
