Your new role

The Intern will assist the Trade Marketing team in their activities as Media Campaigns Social Media Profiles Sales Tools Reports and Administrative process; This position is very important in order to keep all sales tools up to date to organize the flows and to bring new ideas to the project generating more leads to sales team.

Your role accountabilities:

Control administrative process

Develop and keep up to date the sales tools (media kits web site email mkts)

Organize the flows with the agency that manage our social profiles

Develop reports of all department activities

Develop premiums to clients

Support on Media Campaigns and Events

Qualification & Experiencie:

Bachelors degree (second year)

Intermediated English

Good level of Excel and Power Point

Pop Culture/TV/Animation/Entertainment/Social Media Fan

Other nice to have:

Spanish

Design Tools

Previous experience in agencies or communication companies

Previous experience in social media
