About the Role:
- The Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager - Workday Operations will be responsible for daily administration maintenance and operations of the Workday HCM system. Key responsibilities include managing business processes maintaining employee records and ensuring absolute data integrity.
- The incumbent will report to the Head of HR Operations. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes in Workday including hiring employees in workday core HCM transactions (job changes transfers promotions) compensation cycles and exit/offboarding.
- Maintain and update organizational structures job profiles positions compensation structures and employee master data ensuring high levels of data accuracy and integrity.
- Configure and monitor business processes approval workflows templates and system controls across HCM modules.
- Ensure seamless data flow within the workday covering the entire employee lifecycle.
- Lead data governance activities including audits validation checks error resolution and compliance with internal policies.
- Support annual processes such as performance reviews and compensation cycles ensuring timely updation of employee data and data accuracy.
- Support system enhancements testing documentation and Workday related updates.
- Ensure confidentiality role-based security compliance and readiness for audits.

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Workday administration.
- Bachelors degree (Masters will have an added advantage)
- Proven experience managing HRIS systems and driving HR process improvements.
- Workday Pro or HCM certification (Preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office & Advanced Excel (G-Suite will be an advantage)
