Job Summary
Role: O9 Supply Chain Planning Consultant
Location: Bangalore KA
- Provide L2 / L3 application support for o9 planning solutions across production and non production environments
- Analyze and resolve incidents service requests and defects related to o9 models dashboards integrations and data pipelines
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
- Monitor batch jobs data loads integrations and model performance
- Support month end planning cycle activities ensuring system availability and data accuracy
- Coordinate with o9 support infrastructure and business stakeholders for issue resolution
- Prepare and maintain support documentation SOPs and knowledge articles
- Design develop and enhance o9 models workflows and business rules
Configure and customize:
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- S&OP / IBP
- Inventory / Replenishment
- Develop and enhance dashboards reports and KPIs using o9 analytics
Work on data integration from source systems:
- SAP ECC / S4
- BW
- APO
- Flat files
- APIs
- Optimize model performance and scalability
- Participate in UAT support defect fixes and production deployments
- Follow Agile / DevOps practices for development and release management
- Hands on experience with o9 Solutions platform
- Strong understanding of o9 modeling concepts
- Knowledge of business rules and constraints
- Experience with measures hierarchies and transformations
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Experience with data integration and ETL concepts
- Knowledge of SAP (ECC / S4HANA / APO / IBP) integration
- Strong domain knowledge in Supply Chain Planning
- Experience in Demand Planning S&OP and IBP
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience working with business users and cross functional teams
