Job Summary
Senior Motion & Visual Designer (Games)
Core responsibilities:
Marketing & Growth Creatives:
- Conceptualize and produce high-performing video creatives for paid user acquisition (Meta Google TikTok etc.).
- Create variations rapidly based on performance data and competitive insights.
- Translate gameplay emotions and hooks into compelling short-form ad narratives.
- Own end-to-end production: storyboard animation sound export iteration.
- Design storefront assets (App Store / Play Store screenshots feature graphics promo videos).
- Stay updated on competitor creatives and trends in mobile gaming ads.
- Bring new visual techniques motion styles and storytelling approaches.
In-Game UI & Motion Systems
- Design high-quality UI layouts feature flows and visual systems for new game features.

Create polished animations for various features.
- Ensure animations enhance clarity and emotional feedback (not just decoration).
Creative Systems & Visual Consistency
- Help evolve the visual identity of the game and its marketing presence.

Create reusable motion systems and UI components.

Maintain consistency across ads store assets and in-game visuals.
Nice to have: Unity Integration & Implementation (learn on the job if unskilled)

Import hook up and fine-tune UI and animation assets inside Unity.
- Configure animation states transitions and prefabs for production readiness.
- Be comfortable learning Unitys animation tools (Animator Timeline UI systems).
