Job Summary
- Oversee the implementation of architectural designs and plans for buildings and structures that align with the citys overall development goals and architectural plans.
- Ensure architectural designs meet building codes zoning laws and safety regulations.
- Monitor the construction process to ensure that the design is accurately implemented.
- Provide regular reports to indicate project status and communicate any deviations to the relevant stakeholders in a timely fashion.
- Monitor and evaluate the creation of the Building Information Model (BIM) by the contractor of the works being designed and built by them
