Prime Solution, a leading IT Services and IT Consulting company in Delhi, India, is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless HR processes and supporting our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration accurately and promptly
- Coordinate performance management processes and training programs
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Handle employee inquiries and provide timely resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and projects
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR operations or a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
- Experience with HRIS implementation
