Job Summary

We are looking for an experiencedAccount Managerto manage client relationships support recruitment teams and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal recruiters to ensure timely profile submissions smooth interview coordination and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and guide recruiters to improve sourcing strategies and delivery performance.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.

  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and generate new business.

  • Coordinate with clients forprofile submissions interview scheduling and feedback tracking.

  • Ensure timely delivery of suitable candidates based on client requirements.

  • Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to meet hiring targets and deadlines.

  • Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates to clients.
