Role Summary
We are seeking a Digital Manufacturing Analytics Manager to lead analytics capabilities supporting global manufacturing operations. This role combines people leadership manufacturing domain expertise and advanced analytics to drive datadriven decisionmaking. The position manages direct reports and provides daytoday leadership guidance and functional direction to team members based in Bangalore who have an offsite supervisory reporting line.
Key Responsibilities
People Leadership & Team Enablement
Manage and develop direct reports including goal setting performance feedback coaching and capability development.
Provide functional leadership work direction and mentoring to team members in Bangalore who report to a supervisor located offsite.
Support alignment engagement and collaboration across geographically distributed teams while respecting established reporting structures.
Foster a collaborative inclusive and highperformance team environment.
Analytics
Lead the design development and delivery of Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions supporting manufacturing operations and leadership decisions.
Apply strong knowledge to translate operational requirements into meaningful analytics KPIs and insights.
Partner with manufacturing IT and digital stakeholders to ensure analytics initiatives align with business priorities.
Execution & Collaboration
Coordinate work across global crossfunctional teams ensuring clarity on scope priorities and delivery expectations.
Drive structured execution across multiple initiatives with strong organization prioritization and documentation discipline.
Clearly communicate insights recommendations and progress to stakeholders at various levels including leadership.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience managing direct reports and providing functional leadership in a global or distributed team environment.
Strong proficiency in Power BI including dashboard development data modelling and visualization.
Solid understanding of processes and KPIs.
Experience working closely with teams based in India or other offshore locations providing coordination and functional guidance.
Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong articulation of technical and business insights.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in engineering Computer Science or related quantitative field
Industry experience 15 years and 5 years in Management role.
