We are seeking proactive and well-spoken professionals to join our team as Remote Appointment Setters at AO Globe this role you will connect with prospective clients introduce our benefit programs and schedule qualified meetings for our sales leadership team.
This position is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators enjoy speaking with people and are motivated to succeed in a fast-paced remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using the provided lead databases.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.
- Manage appointment calendars.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions call outcomes and follow-ups.
- Assist clients with general inquiries and direct them to appropriate team members.
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to benefit coverage requests.
- Meet daily and weekly call and appointment-setting goals.
- Collaborate with team leaders and management to stay updated on new policies and services.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in appointment setting telemarketing inside sales or customer service is an asset.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote/work-from-home environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to work with CRM systems.
- Minimum high school diploma required; bachelors degree is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
