Job Description

We are looking for a Norwegian-speaking Renewals Specialist to join a growing team in Malaga. In this role you will be responsible for managing customer renewals maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and ensuring contract continuity.

Responsibilities

Manage and process customer contract renewals
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Identify opportunities for account growth and retention
Ensure a smooth renewal process and high customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs

Requirements

Fluent Norwegian
Good level of English
Previous experience in sales account management or customer success
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-oriented mindset
