Role: Slovenian speaking Travel Advisor

Salary: 21.262 EUR gross/year

Schedule: Full Time 385h/week (Monday to Sunday). Available shift: 09:00 - 20:00h

Relocation package: accomodation for 1-2 weeks plus flight

As an essential part of an international customer service team for a prestigious travel company you will be responsible for understanding and identifying customer needs. Your role will involve listening responding and mediating between our global travelers and accommodation suppliers from around the world consistently ensuring a high level of customer service. You will clarify inquiries about services payments and technical requirements provide accurate information and follow established processes through both email and phone communication.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you need:

• Fluent Slovenian
• Good command of English
• Previous customer facing experience (B2B or B2C) desired
• Prior experience in multi-channel customer support desired
• Excellent listening and communication skills written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
