We are currently looking to add an Immigration Administrative Assistant (Mandarin-speaking) to our team. We are seeking an organized detail-oriented and client-focused individual who can support us in managing our clients immigration processes.
You will be part of the team responsible for managing and coordinating immigration cases ensuring processes run efficiently and that our clients receive a smooth and professional service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the legal team in managing immigration cases
Keeping clients informed about the status of their processes
Requesting receiving and reviewing client documentation
Booking appointments with public authorities (Immigration offices Police Consulates)
Completing and submitting forms on public administration portals
Drafting cover letters and supporting documentation
Coordinating external processes (banks government fees translations consulates etc.)
Accompanying clients to certain administrative appointments
We are looking for:
Native or high level of Mandarin Chinese (mandatory)
High level of English (spoken and written). Spanish is a plus
Previous experience in similar roles (immigration law firm consultancy or administrative services)
Organized and detail-oriented profile with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Strong communication skills and client-oriented mindset
