Head of IT

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of IT to lead the end-to-end technology function and drive enterprise digital transformation initiatives. This is a senior leadership role requiring someone who can operate at both strategic and execution levelsbuilding scalable platforms integrating critical systems ensuring secure IT infrastructure and enabling operational efficiency across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of technology leadership enterprise architecture and business alignment with experience leading large-scale technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Leadership

• Lead and oversee the entire IT and technology function aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Develop and execute the technology roadmap supporting long-term digital transformation goals.
• Build mentor and manage high-performing engineering and IT teams.

Digital Transformation

• Lead large-scale digital transformation programs across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology automation and platform modernization.
• Drive the adoption of modern architectures scalable platforms and integrated technology ecosystems.

Infrastructure & Cloud

• Oversee the design implementation and maintenance of secure and scalable IT infrastructure.
• Lead cloud adoption strategies and ensure effective use of cloud platforms and services.
• Ensure high availability reliability and security of critical systems.

Enterprise Systems & Integrations

• Manage and optimize ERP platforms enterprise systems and system integrations.
• Ensure seamless data flow between platforms and operational systems.
• Lead architecture decisions related to platform scalability and system interoperability.

Data & AI Strategy

• Drive initiatives around data platforms data warehouses and business intelligence (BI).
• Promote the use of AI and advanced analytics to improve decision-making and operational insights.

Required Experience

• 10 years of experience in IT engineering or technology leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Experience managing enterprise IT operations and cross-functional technology teams.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms system integrations and ERP environments.
• Solid understanding of AI technologies data warehousing and BI platforms.
• Experience working in logistics supply chain or asset-heavy operational environments is highly preferred.
