What Youll Lead

In this role youll be the engine behind our financial systems and reporting framework including Netsuite Concur and Workday Adaptive. You will:

• Optimise and enhance our finance systems to ensure accuracy efficiency and strong controls.
• Drive highquality financial reporting delivering insights that support confident decisionmaking across the organisation.
• Shape budgeting and forecasting processes helping to streamline how we plan and project future performance.
• Build powerful BI tools and dashboards that highlight trends performance metrics and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner closely with teams across IT HR Operations and Finance to ensure data flows smoothly and accurately.
• Represent and communicate with senior leadership providing updates on systems reporting performance and financial insights.

About You

Youre someone who thrives at the intersection of finance technology and business strategy. You bring:

• A degree in Finance Accounting Business or similar plus a professional qualification (CPA/CFA).
• 5 years of finance experience including a strong focus on systems reporting or BI.
• Handson knowledge of ERP and reporting tools ideally Netsuite Concur Workday Adaptive or similar.
• Exceptional analysis reporting and Excel skills.
• A mindset thats solutionsfocused collaborative and always looking for ways to improve efficiency accuracy and insights.
