Enterprise Technology Architect

Were looking for an experienced Enterprise Technology Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping and modernising our technology landscape. This senior role is responsible for designing secure reliable and cost-effective infrastructure solutions that align with organisational strategy and enable innovation across our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Define technology strategies and roadmaps across infrastructure domains including data centres networking storage compute and end-user computing

• Develop transition plans from legacy infrastructure to modern hybrid and multi-cloud environments

• Identify opportunities to adopt IaaS PaaS and emerging cloud technologies

• Design hybrid and multi-cloud architectures integrating on-premises and cloud platforms

• Establish and govern technology standards and reference architectures

• Provide expert guidance on infrastructure and cloud solution design

• Design hybrid and multi-cloud architectures integrating on-premises and cloud platforms

• Establish and govern technology standards and reference architectures

• Provide expert guidance on infrastructure and cloud solution design

• Lead architecture governance processes to ensure performance security reliability and compliance

• Identify and mitigate technical risks across infrastructure and cloud domains

• Drive cloud cost optimisation and operational efficiency initiatives

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on infrastructure and cloud innovation

• Collaborate with technology teams vendors and managed service providers

• Provide recommendations on infrastructure-related contracts and services

What you will bring:

• Extensive experience in enterprise or solution architecture roles (infrastructure and cloud)

• Proven expertise designing hybrid and multi-cloud environments (e.g. Azure AWS Google Cloud)

• Strong background in modernising data centre infrastructure and legacy systems

• Demonstrated experience with governance standards and architecture frameworks

• Ability to translate business strategy into technology solutions and roadmaps

• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
