Youre a resultsdriven technology leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy people leadership and execution. You build trusted relationships across complex stakeholder groups enjoy solving real business problems and are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to unblock issues or drive critical outcomes when needed.

You take pride in building highperforming resilient teamscoaching leaders developing capability and setting clear expectationswhile running dependable modern technology operations in fastpaced ambiguous environments.

What you bring:

• 5 years experience in senior technology leadership roles with accountability for technology operations service delivery applications and project portfolios
• A strong track record of coaching developing and leading teams creating a culture of accountability ownership and continuous improvement
• Solid grounding in ITILaligned service management Agile / SDLC delivery and modern operating models
• Proven supplier and partner management across integrated multivendor environments
• Experience operating in large complex multisite organisations (e.g. retail healthcare FMCG or technology services)
• The credibility to lead strategically with the judgement and willingness to step into technical detail or execution when situations demand it
