Solutions Architect, Scams

As the Senior Solutions Architect Scams; youll shape the endtoend architecture that supports how we manage and resolve scamrelated complaints at scale.

This role brings together business customer and regulatory needs to design secure scalable and wellintegrated solutions across digital channels workflows data and platforms. Operating in a complex highchange environment youll be a handson technical leader and trusted advisor enabling delivery while keeping architectural integrity front and centre.

What youll do

• Own and define endtoend solution architecture supporting AFCAs scams capability
• Translate business customer and regulatory requirements into practical implementable solution designs
• Lead architecture across digital applications workflow integration data and security layers
• Work closely with Delivery Leads Product Owners and business stakeholders to support outcomes and customer journeys
• Provide handson architectural guidance to delivery teams including patterns tradeoffs and design decisions
• Ensure solutions meet security privacy risk and regulatory expectations in a highly regulated environment
• Partner with vendors and delivery partners to ensure solutions align to target architecture and standards
• Identify and manage architectural risks dependencies and technical debt
• Contribute to evolving enterprise and digital architecture standards and roadmaps

Qualifications :

What youll bring:

• Significant experience as a Solutions Architect in complex enterprise environments
• Proven involvement in largescale digital and customer experience transformations including digital applications and platform change
• Strong background across digital channels customer journeys integrations and platform architecture
• Experience working in regulated environments such as financial services or government
• Handson architecture capability working closely with agile and SAFe delivery teams
• Ability to connect business process design customer experience and technical architecture endtoend
• Deep understanding of modern digital architectures including APIs integration patterns and cloudbased platforms
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence business delivery and technology leaders
• Sound judgement balancing delivery pace risk and longterm sustainability
• A pragmatic outcomefocused mindset with comfort operating in fastpaced highchange environments
• A credible technical leader clear communicator and collaborative team player with a strong customer focus
