Westpacs Gold Coast Engineering Hub is growing and were inviting Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander earlycareer engineers to join our Next Wave intake starting April 2026.
Next Wave is a cohortstyle programme where youll be a permanent Westpac employee from day one learning on the job while building digital products used by millions of customers. Youll be supported with structured onboarding technical training mentoring and a strong peer network so you can grow your skills and confidence quickly.
This is a fulltime permanent role based in Surfers Paradise on Yugambeh Country with 5 days onsite during onboarding moving to a hybrid way of working once youre settled.
