Working as part of the Mortgages Change Team your role will be critical in managing Mortgages change initiatives. This role can be based in NSW VIC QLD or SA. You will be accountable for building change approaches identify and assess change impacts design and execute change interventions and measure and monitor key change metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scope Definition and Management - Understand the current situation and clearly define the changes needed making sure they align with the overall project goals.
- Change Delivery - Create and manage a plan to deliver the changes within the agreed scope focusing on solutions that mitigate the impact on people.
- Execution - Implement changes according to the Groups change management and project execution framework.
- Stakeholder Management - Keep stakeholders informed and engaged clearly defining their roles and ensuring their commitment throughout the change process.
- Business Readiness and User Adoption - Ensure stakeholders are prepared to adopt the change identify any issues and track user adoption metrics to ensure success.
- Risk Management - Identify risks related to the impact assessment develop mitigation plans.
- Reporting - Regular status reporting as it relates to the change program/initiative.
