Job Summary

Our client is a reputable IATA Travel Agency locate in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for manage of air-ticketing issuance process
Support ticketing related functions such as fare-list updating and handling internal inquires
Ensure the accuracy of all tickets and documents issued

Requirements

F.5 or above (HKCEE/HKDSE)having recognized certificate in Ticketing preferable
2 years above of air-ticket issuance experience
Good knowledge in Abacus & GDS systemand air-ticketing operations
Good communication skills interpersonal and customer service skills
Good spoken English & Mandarin
