Job Summary

This is a managerial role responsible to map develop drive automation initiatives across campaigns including managing direct reports.

Technical Skills Required

Programming Languages

Proficiency in C# .NET Java Python or VBScript (depending on the RPA platform).
Ability to integrate automation with APIs and databases.

RPA Tools

Hands-on experience with platforms like UiPath Blue Prism Automation Anywhere Power Automate.
Knowledge of workflow design BOT orchestration and exception handling.

Software Development Practices

Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
Familiarity with version control systems (Git SVN).
Testing and debugging skills.

Business & Analytical Skills

Process Mapping & Analysis
Ability to identify repetitive rule-based tasks suitable for automation.
Strong documentation and workflow design skills.
Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking
Translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Optimizing processes for efficiency and scalability.

Complementary Skills

Database Knowledge: SQL for querying and managing data.
Cloud & Integration: Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure AWS) and enterprise systems (SAP Salesforce).
Soft Skills: Communication teamwork and stakeholder management to align automation with business goals.

Qualifications :

Occupational Certificate: RPA Developer (NQF Level 5)
Bachelors degree or diploma in Computer Science Information Technology or Software Engineering is highly beneficial.
Strong foundation in algorithms data structures and system design.
