Strategic Executive Partnership
- Partner closely with the President to manage priorities and optimise time allocation.
- Prepare concise well structured briefing materials that distil complex information into clear insights.
- Apply sound judgement when managing competing demands and confidential matters.
Business Rhythm and Initiative Tracking
- Maintain visibility across strategic priorities and track deliverables across functions and regions.
- Coordinate leadership forums business reviews and planning cycles.
- Identify execution gaps or risks and escalate appropriately.
Stakeholder Navigation
- Act as a trusted interface between the President and senior leaders regional teams and external partners.
- Navigate different cultures and leadership styles with maturity and confidence.
- Communicate clearly and professionally at senior levels.
Operational Discipline and Continuous Improvement
- Manage complex scheduling cross time zone coordination and travel planning with foresight.
- Improve executive processes and information flow.
- Contribute to selected cross functional projects where appropriate.
This is a full time permanent role based in our Singapore office.
Qualifications :
Heres what you bring to the table:-
- Bachelors degree in Business Communications Management or related discipline preferred.
- Equivalent experience supporting senior leaders in a regional or multinational environment will be considered.
- 3 to 5 years experience supporting senior leadership in a fast paced growth oriented or multinational organisation.
- Exposure beyond pure administration ideally with involvement in strategy operations or cross functional initiatives.
- Experience preparing executive level materials and synthesising complex information.
- Demonstrated discretion and maturity when handling sensitive matters.
