Senior Manager HR Operations

The Institutes are committed to providing customer-first innovative solutions that best empower risk and insurance professionals to help those in need. We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Manager of HR Operations who will be responsible forleading andoptimizingHR operational processes to ensure efficiency compliance anda positiveemployee experience. This role oversees HR service delivery systems and policies driving continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.

What Youll Do

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including payroll benefits administration employee data management and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identifyand implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in HR services.
  • Integrate AI-driven tools and analytics into HR processes to improve decision-making enhance employee experience andoptimizeworkflows.
  • Ensure ethical and compliant use of AI in HR operations including bias mitigation and data privacy.
  • Leverage HR technology and automation to streamline workflows.
  • Lead and develop the HRGeneralists/ HR Business Partners fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Provide guidance and support for complex employee relations and operational issues.
  • Oversee HRIS administration and ensure data integrity.
  • Generate and analyze HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner withGeneralists/HR Business Partners and other departments to deliver seamless HR services.
  • Act as a point of escalation for operational challenges and resolve issues promptly.

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (Masterspreferred).
  • 8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations compliance and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HR technology platforms
  • Familiarity with AI-powered HR tools and predictive analytics for workforce planning
  • Project management and process improvement certifications (e.g. Six Sigma) are a plus.

Role is hybrid with at least two days each week in the office. Candidates should be able to commute to Malvern PA at least two days per week.
