How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

Responsibilities

• Analyze market positions competitors database and trends. Assist in defining long-term objectives and development plans.
• Execute development plans and identify new opportunities. Build contacts with customers networks and government agencies. Develop marketing activities and materials.
• Understand customer needs and develop technical and commercial solutions. Facilitate decision-making process and prepare project proposals. Lead negotiations and reach contractual agreements. Provide support during project execution.
• Manage relationships with strategic/key customers. Stay updated on customer situations and improve customer experience.
• Support Account Manager in sustaining partnerships. Resolve issues and disputes through negotiation. Ensure contract follow-up and defend ALs customer base.

Preferred Responsibilities

• Team Management: May be coaching other colleagues.
• Decision Making / Activity:
• Work on assigned projects likely involving design engineering and execution with regular supervision.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering manufacturing) and potentially external suppliers.
• Ensure projects meet technical specifications deadlines and budgets.

Are you a MATCH

• A bachelors degree in business administration engineering or a related.

• 5 years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role ideally within the industrial gas or a related industry.
