Job Summary
Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager near Minneapolis MN
We are a growing mechanical contractor in the mid-west. Our management team has over 30 years of mechanical experience. We are a full-service design-build contractor that works on small and large HVAC/Plumbing projects in MN. We are looking to add one additional Mechanical Project Manager that can help us work on our current and future projects. This is a permanent position with career growth and advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities for Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager:
- Work on projects from conceptual to close-out
- Manage multiple projects at a time
- Handle Scheduling Budgets and Client & GC relationships
- Coordinate with other trades and crews in the field
Requirements for Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager:
- Prior HVAC/Plumbing Project Management experience
- Familiarity with estimating budgeting and client meetings
- Knowledgeable of MN Plumbing and HVAC Codes and OSHA requirement s
Preferred:
- Local in MN
- Stable work-history
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering Construction Management or similar
