What youll do

• Manage the Everyday AI Viva Engage community with documented transition of ownership at conclusion of internship (Viva Engage platform)
• Manage maintain and work with partners on the AI Community SharePoint site
• Support administrative tasks across communication channels and platforms including:
• Creating and publishing Hub posts from approved content (SharePoint platform)
• Building and preparing ContactMonkey emails for publishing (email platform)
• Draft route for approval and publish Hub posts as needed
• Support Hub best practices including building dynamic Hub templates and contributing to ongoing Hub evolution and roadmap (SharePoint platform)
• Provide support across the team on ad hoc projects as needed

• BCom BA Linguistics/Communication Business Administration or Project management etc
• Strong attention to detail
• Resourceful and motivated to deliver results
• Reliable follow-through on commitments (with minimal reminders)
• Curious and growth mindset with a desire for continuous learning and improvement
• Ability to tell a story through clear written communication (with some visual creativity)
• Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn MS Office tools particularly SharePoint Teams and Viva Engage
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues across geographies and functions with opportunities to build confidence presenting and communicating with leaders
• Ability to create timelines by working backward from due dates and managing multiple deadlines
• Potential education courses/background: Industrial Psychology Project Management Business Management or Communications
• Interest in communications employee engagement or digital workplace platforms
• Academic or internship experience in communications writing marketing or a related field
• Strong writing skills demonstrated through coursework projects or extracurricular activities
• Comfort working with digital tools and a willingness to learn new platforms
• Exposure to basic project management concepts including organizing tasks creating timelines and tracking progress against deadlines
