What youll do

  • You will report to the Portal UX Leader
  • You will act as a trusted technical partner to internal teams across the organisation
  • You will understand business and technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • You will support the configuration implementation and optimisation of internal tools and platforms
  • You will troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance and solutions
  • You will create and maintain internal documentation guides and best practices
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product Engineering Professional Services Enablement and Operations
  • You will identify gaps inefficiencies or recurring issues and suggest improvements
  • You will stay up to date with training on new products software hardware and processes

  • CV & Cover Letter
  • A COMPLETED3-year Degree/Diploma in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering Business Information Systems or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience with software platforms tools or systems
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous or evolving environments

Preferred

  • Experience with SaaS platforms internal tools or enterprise systems
  • Familiarity with APIs integrations and data flows
  • Experience creating internal documentation or enablement materials
  • Understanding of Agile and iterative delivery models
