Job Summary

The Benton-Carroll-Salem Board of Education has begun its search for a new Assistant Superintendent. Benton-Carroll-Salem Local Schools is a rural district serving approximately1300 students in grades K12 across two campuses. The district is located in northweatern Ohio between Toledo and Port -Carroll-Salem is a high-achieving district that offers students opportunities to learn in a traditional classroom setting while also providing a wide range of Career-Technical Education and College Credit Plus Board anticipates selecting a candidate in early April with formal appointment to follow at a scheduled Board meeting. The application deadline for this search is Friday March 27. Working in close collaboration with the Superintendent and Treasurer the Assistant Superintendent serves as a key member of the districts leadership team. This position supports the districts academic programs student services and operational initiatives while helping to advance the districts strategic Assistant Superintendent assists in overseeing day-to-day operations supporting building administrators guiding curriculum and instructional initiatives and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The role also includes effectively communicating with staff families and the community regarding district programs performance and continuous improvement successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership organizational expertise integrity and a commitment to sustaining and strengthening the tradition of excellence at Benton-Carroll-Salem.
