Pain Management Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Outpatient Clinic

A renowned medical organization in the heart of Bronx NY is urgently seeking a full-time board-certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their dedicated team in a pain management-focused role. As a highly skilled and compassionate provider you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of your patients in a supportive outpatient setting.

In this dynamic role you will:

• Assess patients with chronic pain conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform trigger point and knee joint injections (no epidurals)
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure comprehensive pain management
• Monitor patients responses to treatment and adjust protocols accordingly
• Educate patients on pain management options and promote improvements in quality of life and
• Accurately document assessments procedures and outcomes.

To be successful in this position you must possess:

• Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active NY state license
• Active DEA and Suboxone licenses
• Proficiency in trigger point and knee injections
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and
• Strong organizational abilities and effective time management.
