In this dynamic role you will:
Assess patients with chronic pain conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
Perform trigger point and knee joint injections (no epidurals)
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure comprehensive pain management
Monitor patients responses to treatment and adjust protocols accordingly
Educate patients on pain management options and promote improvements in quality of life and
Accurately document assessments procedures and outcomes.
To be successful in this position you must possess:
Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Active NY state license
Active DEA and Suboxone licenses
Proficiency in trigger point and knee injections
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and
Strong organizational abilities and effective time management.
