Role Mission
As a Business Expert (ERP / Finance) you willrepresent the Finance business perspective within Agile squads ensuringthat solutions align with business strategy operational needs andregulatory requirements.
Your mission will include:
- Acting as the voice of the business within the Tribe/Squad
- Driving process transformation and efficiency improvements
- Supporting data-driven decision making
- Ensuring compliance with risk and financial governance frameworks
- Enhancing client and partner satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
Business Representation
- Represent Finance business priorities within Agile teams.
- Ensure initiatives align with strategic business objectives.
Analysis & ProcessImprovement
- Identify optimization opportunities in financial and operational processes.
- Support initiatives aimed at cost reduction and efficiency gains.
User Story &Requirements Management
- Draft and validate business components of user stories.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for technical teams.
Testing & QualityAssurance
- Prepare and execute UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Report bugs inconsistencies and ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria.
Business CaseDevelopment
- Develop business cases to support feature prioritization and investment decisions.
Change Management
- Support adoption of new processes and transformation initiatives.
StakeholderCoordination
- Act as the main contact point for partners during integrations.
- Facilitate collaboration between Finance IT/Data teams and business stakeholders.
Compliance &Governance
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training and governance requirements.
- Promote adherence to risk and financial frameworks.

Financial Expertise
- Strong understanding of financial products pricing and profitability models
- Knowledge of budgeting forecasting and financial reporting cycles
- Familiarity with financial regulatory requirements
Data-Driven DecisionMaking
- Ability to analyze KPIs financial metrics and business data
- Experience presenting insights to support strategic decisions
- Understanding of data governance principles
