Business Analyst EY-Parthenon M&A (Real Estate)

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst (0-2 years of experience) to join our EY Parthenon M&A - Real Estate this role you will support strategic and transaction focused projects working closely with senior team members to deliver high impact analyses for clients operating in the real estate sector.
You will contribute to project work across mergers and acquisitions strategy and value creation engagements developing analytical insights and supporting decision making in a fast paced client driven and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of M&A and strategic advisory projects within the Real Estate sector
Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses including market research competitive analysis and financial and commercial assessments
Collect structure and analyze data to support business cases investment decisions and transaction processes
Assist in the preparation of client deliverables such as presentations reports and financial models
Conduct industry and market research to identify trends opportunities and risks within the real estate landscape
Collaborate with cross functional and multicultural teams including strategy transaction and sector specialists
Ensure accuracy consistency and quality of analyses and outputs in line with EY Parthenon methodologies

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Management Business Administration Economics or a related field with an academic background or complementary studies in Marketing or Marketing Management
0 to 2 years of professional experience including internships or entry level roles in consulting strategy corporate development or related areas
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to structure complex issues
Solid understanding of business fundamentals markets and value drivers
Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis and financial concepts is an advantage
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English both written and spoken

Nice to Have

Previous exposure to consulting M&A or strategy projects
Interest or initial experience in the Real Estate sector
Knowledge of marketing strategy customer analysis or go to market frameworks
