Reporting to the Commercial Director you will develop our retail partners and their data to enable them to flourish in terms of volumes profit and customer experience. You are responsible for ensuring that we have a profitable and effective franchise network taking the very best practice from the brand and across the industry to drive performance improvement. You will be involved in several areas such as Electrification projects Retailer management GDPR and Data Maintenance.

What youll do

You will work closely with our Volvo retailer network with regular retailer visits performance management and ensuring targets are fulfilled. You will identify opportunities develop strategic offers and motivate/coach the network.

You will work with our Volvo Car colleagues to align strategy campaign and performance metrics.

Your core responsibilities include:
Network business development target and bonuses achievement.
Visit network (Sales and Service)
Quality and structure standards fulfilling
Dealer Stock management (ADAPT and Demo Cars)
Assure network performance
Network retailer support
Creation and Control KPI from dealer network
Local business development
Commercial Digitalization is responsible for and lead Agenda Volvo
PNA

What youll bring

We believe that you have experience of communicating and gaining buy-in at the most senior levels and with our retail partners. You are self-motivated and able to work autonomously with an agile attitude toward getting the job done.

Moreover wed like to see that you have knowledge in Excel and Power BI a background in project management strong administrative capacities and that you are accustomed to working on different fronts simultaneously.

Who are you
Your job will involve balancing multiple stakeholders so we expect that you will be a strong collaborator who can manage both external and internal stakeholders. You understand the importance of not only managing the projects but also getting your hands dirty hence we would like you to have a structured approach and the ability to follow up and follow through. You can work independently which is important since we have introduced hybrid work and hence wont see each other every day.

You master verbal and written communication in Portuguese as well as English to work intensively together on a professional level with both external and internal stakeholders.
