Product Strategy & Development Expert

What you will do:
- Define develop and execute the overall value proposition strategy for new and existing products and services ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and guaranteeing the long-term viability of the commercial activity.
- Conduct market customer and competitive analysis to identify opportunities define target segments and refine value propositions.
- Lead the end-to-end product development process coordinating cross-functional teams (Product Sales Marketing Pricing Operations Legal etc.) to ensure timely and effective market entry.
- Develop clear value propositions positioning and messaging tailored to different customer segments and routes to market.
- Support and enable sales teams providing commercial tools sales narratives playbooks training and launch materials to drive adoption and performance.
- Contribute to pricing and commercial models including business cases and profitability analysis.

What are we looking for:
- Proven experience (37 years) in product development roles cross functional roles (e.g. strategy investments business planning chief of staff) in a clientoriented organization or within management consulting
- Demonstrated experience in designing and executing long-term commercial strategies and product life-cycle planning
- Hands-on experience working cross-functionally with Product Sales Marketing Pricing Operations and other internal stakeholders
- Practical experience supporting or enabling sales teams including sales materials value messaging playbooks and launch readiness
- Ability to translate customer insights and market feedback into actionable commercial and product recommendations
- English and Spanish/Portuguese language proficiency
