Your Mission

As an IT Business Analyst you will support the ProductOwner and Development Team in delivering strategic platform enhancementsensuring business needs are clearly translated into technical solutions withinan Agile/Scrum environment.

You will act as a bridge between Business Product andIT contributing with your expertise in Custody Settlement andCorporate Actions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement gathering and formalization
  • Drafting and maintaining functional documentation
  • Managing change requests and impact analysis
  • Creating and maintaining test books and test suites
  • Executing acceptance testing and sign-offs
  • Identifying impacted components and coordinating validation
  • Supporting developers in understanding business requirements
  • Facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring effective Scrum workflow
  • Ensuring alignment with each Quarterly Agile Plan

Technical Profile

  • 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong knowledge of Custody Settlement and Corporate Actions
  • Experience with functional documentation
  • Solid understanding of testing methodologies
  • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments

Language Requirements

  • English Fluent (written and spoken) Mandatory
