Job Title: Colleague Communications Executive
Location: Milton Keynes OR Covent Garden London (Hybrid)
About the role:
We are hiring a Communications Executive to join BSIs Communications team supporting the delivery of clear engaging and consistent communications across the organisation.
This role plays an important part in shaping how we communicate with colleagues and stakeholders helping to bring strategy change and key initiatives to life. Youll work closely with senior leaders and functional teams to develop content manage channels and ensure communications are timely accurate and aligned to BSIs values and purpose.
This is a great opportunity for a communications professional looking to build experience in a global purpose-led organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and delivery of internal communications plans aligned to business priorities.
Create clear engaging content across a range of channels including intranet email presentations and leadership updates.
Manage and maintain communications channels ensuring content is current accurate and effective.
Support communications for organisational change transformation initiatives and employee engagement activity.
Work with senior stakeholders to translate complex information into accessible messaging.
Coordinate communications calendars and ensure timely delivery of key messages.
Monitor engagement metrics and feedback to support continuous improvement.
Provide general communications support including ad-hoc projects and events.
To be successful in the role you will have:
Experience working in a communications engagement or content role.
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
Experience using digital communications platforms and tools.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative working style.
A proactive mindset with attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach.
Desirable:
Experience in internal communications within a large or complex organisation.
Familiarity with change communications or transformation programmes.
Experience using intranet platforms analytics or design tools.
