An exciting opportunity exists for a Digital Development Manager to lead the development and optimisation of web and mobile self-service platforms. This role focuses on digital platforms customer self-service experiences and driving performance across web and mobile ecosystems.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of web and mobile application platforms
Drive improvements in website performance SEO analytics and digital optimisation
Oversee the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for digital platforms
Manage CMS platforms digital infrastructure and platform security
Work closely with marketing digital and product teams to enhance customer journeys
Ensure that digital solutions deliver strong performance usability and engagement

Requirements:

Proven experience managing web and mobile development environments
Strong understanding of SEO analytics and website performance
Experience with CMS platforms digital governance and security
Solid knowledge of UX/UI principles
Experience managing development teams or digital delivery

Preferred:

Background in digital marketing or SEO-driven environments
Exposure to the insurance or financial services industry
