Job Summary
Lets start with the role
We are looking for a Financial Analyst with a solid accounting foundation and a generalist financial background to support financial reporting month-end close activities and cross-functional financial analyses. This role plays an important part in ensuring the accuracy consistency and reliability of financial information while supporting both operational and strategic decision-making.
The Financial Analyst will contribute to the companys financial health by combining accounting expertise with broader financial analysis working closely with Accounting FP&A Tax and other business areas.
As a Financial Analyst you will:
- Prepare and monitor the annual budget periodic forecasts and long-term financial plans.
- Perform financial performance analyses (expenses revenues costs margins and profitability) identifying variances and optimization opportunities.
- Develop and maintain management reports and dashboards including KPI analysis and financial trends for presentation to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Support the monthly accounting close and reconciliation of financial accounts ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Support internal and external audits by providing requested financial information and documentation.
- Propose and implement continuous improvements in financial processes tools and systems to increase efficiency and control.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.
What you will bring:
- Fluency in English;
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Accounting Engineering or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance Controllership Business Management or related areas is a plus;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) controlling or related roles;
- Knowledge of automations.
