Job Summary

Amazon is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Supply Chain Operations team in Brazil specifically supporting the Recommerce and Reverse Logistics process. This role represents a critical position within our Brazil Operations organization helping to optimize our network performance with connection to the business and all FCs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the weekly planning process in conjunction with commercial teams including demand planning capacity management and performance tracking;
- Develop and maintain comprehensive KPI frameworks to monitor operational efficiency cost metrics and capacity utilization of business partners;
- Design and implement automated reporting solutions for assets management;
- Perform complex data analysis using SQL to extract insights and identify optimization opportunities;
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and develop action plans to improve assets performance and operational efficiency;
- Lead deep-dive analyses to identify trends and root causes for performance deviations;
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize the broader Amazon Fulfillment ecosystem.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities;
- Effective communication skills to present complex data to various stakeholders;
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience with supply chain metrics and KPI development;
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements.



Key job responsibilities
Asset Management (Totes and Shuttles) across all FC SC and LM
Communication with carriers and finance team

- Bachelors degree
- Experience in an operational role
- Experience using SQL
- Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data.
- Experience using Excel at an advanced level including practical knowledge of VBA/macros and advanced Excel functions.

- Speak write and read fluently in English
