Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant Intune Architect
Responsibilities
Advanced Troubleshooting:
Handles complex device and app issues.
Analyzes logs and diagnostic data.
Security and Threat Management:
Implements security baselines.
Responds to security incidents.
Custom Scripting and Automation:
Writes custom PowerShell scripts for Intune.
Automates repetitive tasks
Intune Infrastructure Management:
Manages Intune connectors (e.g. SCCM Exchange).
Optimizes Intune performance.
Integration with Other Services:
Integrates Intune with Azure AD Conditional Access and other Microsoft services.

o Policy Management:
Configures Intune policies for devices and apps.
Ensures compliance with organizational standards.
o Device Enrollment and Configuration:
Assists with device enrollment (e.g. Intune AutoPilot).
Sets up device profiles (e.g. Wi-Fi VPN security settings).
o App Deployment and Troubleshooting:
Deploys apps to managed devices.
Resolves app installation issues.
o Device Compliance Monitoring:
Monitors device compliance status.
Takes action on non-compliant devices.
o Certificate Management:
Manages certificates for secure communication.
Configures certificate profiles.
o Troubleshooting Device Issues:
Investigates device-specific problems.
Collaborates with L3 support for complex issues.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

Helpdesk experience
Networking Concepts
Knowledge on ITIL procedures

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience needed.
Relevant years of experience as a Major/Critical Incident Manager.
Working Experience of Service Now (Ticketing tool)
Excellent English communication skills (written and oral) with experience interacting with all levels of management both within Company and Customer organizations.
Excellent knowledge experience and excellence within the specific area of Major Incident Management
