WHAT YOU BUILD

• Design implement optimize and govern ITILbased service management processes.
• Define document and roll out standardized ITIL processes (Incident Management Problem Management Service Request Management)
• Ensure processes are scalable efficient and aligned with business and customer needs
• Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement using KPIs and data insights.
• Act as the primary point of contact for processrelated topics
• Partner with delivery teams and stakeholders as a trusted business partner
• Drive endtoend process assessments and optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with crossfunctional and multinational stakeholders

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelors degree in IT Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
• 6-9 years of experience in processfocused roles within IT operations or service management.
• Strong expertise in process optimization customer communication and presentations.
• ITIL foundation certification is required/highly beneficial
• Advanced knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes (Incident Problem Service Request Management).
• Handson experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Agile Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience working in multinational and multicultural environments

We are looking for a Business Process Manager (f/m/d) to join the ECS Delivery Process Excellence and Content Services this role you are responsible for governing designing and continuously improving IT Service Management (ITSM) processes aligned with the ITIL framework.
