Job Summary

Description:

The individual selected for this position must be an instructional leader student-centered and dedicated to supporting and enriching the academic climate in person. The Administrative Intern will serve as a lead administrator and will be responsible for executing the following duties:

  • Planning and leading professional development in preparation for the summer program.
  • Hiring and evaluating teachers and staff providing instructional feedback on units and instruction.
  • Effectively communicating with parents students and staff.
  • The Administrative Intern will work closely with in-person learning programs.

Dates of Summer Learning include:

  • Staff PD and Workdays on June 5th and June 8th 2026
  • Student learning from June 9th-July 2nd 2026
  • Contract Time Mon-Thurs 8:15am-3:15pm
  • NO FRIDAYS & No School June 19th (Juneteenth observed)
  • Staff are paid for days worked/hourly; no pay for days not worked
  • Prior to June 5th each site will have staff meetings and collaborative planning time for up to an additional 6 hours of pay to be determined by the Administrative Intern
  • Positions are contingent upon enrollment

Qualifications:

  • Current Missouri teaching certification (Grades K-5 ) or certification.
  • Masters degree in Educational Leadership or School Administration
